Wheel-thrown and hand-glazed in Carme Balada's studio, the form is generous without being heavy: a widened body that tapers toward a narrow neck, proportioned to hold a single large stem or a small arrangement without competition. The glaze breaks at the shoulder, revealing flashes of the raw clay beneath — a detail that only reveals itself when you look closely.
