Cylindrical, tall, and precise — the 26A is the Akari form that most clearly reveals the architectural thinking behind Noguchi's series. Where the rounder forms dissolve light into ambient warmth, the 26A directs it with more intention: the cylinder focuses the glow downward and outward in equal measure, creating definition as well as atmosphere.
